It’s important to measure your program outcomes. This data can help you determine what’s working and what isn’t.
Step Three Resources
Below you’ll find a framework for measuring outcomes – that is, a way of checking, over time, that those moving through programs are getting closer to meaningful work.
These won’t necessarily help you measure all of your intended outcomes. However they will help you track whether the ten characteristics have been implemented in your program and what kind of outcomes you have achieved as a result.
